On Sunday, August 10, we headed to Kinston, NC to be with New Testament Baptist Church. En route, it was a joy to worship with Faith Baptist in Columbia, NC. Pastor Daniel and New Testament were such gracious hosts and took great care of us even in the midst of a busy weekend at the church. We enjoyed being able to present and preach as well as meet this sweet congregation. The following day we drove back to Virginia to see our newest addition on ultrasound. We are excited to announce that we are expected a baby girl on December 7!

On Sunday, August 17, we were with Lighthouse Baptist Church in Winchester, VA. It was a blessing to meet many new people as well as to see some old friends. Pastor Martin allowed us to present and teach in Sunday School along with teaching in children’s church. Our hearts are truly overwhelmed to think of what God has done over the past year of deputation. Check back next week as we post a video mission’s update along with a year in review blog post.
