From February 26 to March 2, our family attended the mission’s conference at Community Baptist Church in Elberon, VA. Pastor Gary Ross was Tim’s youth pastor while he was in middle school, and it was a joy to spend the week with him and his family. Tim was privileged to preach on two occasions, teach the teenagers, and present the work. It was a blessing to see the church’s commitment to faith promise and to partner with our ministry.
From March 9-12, we took part of the mission’s conference at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Williamsport, MD. We loved meeting Pastor and Mrs. Chapman along with the church family, and we were thankful for the opportunity for us to give testimonies, teach, present, and sing. It was amazing to witness the heart of the church for missions while only in their second year of meeting.
Right on the heels of the previous conference, we drove to northern Pennsylvania to Smethport to participate in the conference at Regular Baptist Church from March 13-16 with Pastor Jack Gregg. It was wonderful to see the spirit of the church and their desire to serve the Lord and to take part in His mission of reaching the world with the gospel. Again, Tim enjoyed preaching, presenting, and teaching the teenagers.
We praise the Lord for His protection and strength as we travel. Also, we are now at 37% of our support with more promised in the past few weeks to begin in the coming months!
